Dad: What’s the difference between a town and a city?
Me: Not much. Apparently in Ontario, there’s no size or population requirement to become a city. You just have to send in an application.
Dad: Let’s declare our house as a city!!! :D :D :D… that is the most unnecessary municipal decision ever made.
